Had my nails done yesterday and will never be returning. I am not easy to please with my nails. I don’t ask for perfection but decent is a must. I have crooked nails. A bad paint job. They look grown out and it has been not even 24 hours and my entire nail is lifting on my pointer finger. A waste of $70

No customer service whatsoever . I gave enough chances to this establishment but every time was a big disappointment. I got fungus, burnt skin around my nails and in general very poor quality work. For $80??? Do not recommend.

After going to get a mani and pedicure many times, I decided not to put gel on my feet and she began to argue and told me that to change to a regular color she would charge me $5 more. Then the service was horrible, there was no cream on my cuticles, it was painful and uncomfortable and the worst thing is that in the end she didn’t give me sandals so I could leave since I didn’t want to be in that place anymore. It was degrading and rude and I will never return to that room again.

I have tried many salons in Summerlin over the past 7 years of living here and Retreat Spa tops all of them. The shop is clean. They are personable and accommodating. Quang does my pedicure and my hybrid (hard gel) fill. They maintain a professional attitude and offer a variety of services. It appears that all of the techs do an excellent job. All of the clients seem as satisfied as I am. My biggest hope is that they continue to maintain a clean, modern, warm, welcoming environment, assuring that I will continue to be a repeat client.

Love getting my nails done here. I have been getting them done since they opened, and my natural nails grew a lot, we when from using acrylics to gel, always clean and a nice environment, it is so pretty and they have really nice massage chairs when getting the pedi, they offer a huge variety of pedi options, even a jello kind, super nice and friendly staff. Prices are amazing!
