Terrible experience. Danny did my nails. He was extremely rough. I didn’t even bother saying anything. This was my first time here and I’m shocked. My nails all hurt to sad! The store was not busy at the time. He was very rushed. There’s still podwer even after washing my hands. No customer service skills other than one gentleman I heard behind me doing a pedi. I am a licensed cosmetologist so I do know better!

Lizzie is the best! She does mani’s and pedi’s and she’s my go to for manicures! I always do dips and keep my natural nails long. This last time we did a Winnie the Pooh theme for my baby shower and did a marble design the time before. She’s great and I highly recommend her!

Went there 2 weeks ago. I got a manicure with regular polish plus a pedicure ( not a cheap one) with gel polish. Also, I got my daughter a pedicure like mine with the gel. They did them at the same time, which was great, but the girl that did my hands didn’t get all the green regular polish off the sides of my nails and she didn’t paint over it either. Unhappy about that. Of course, she was done way before my pedicure was done because I didn’t go for a cheaper one, and I got gel. That part went great. No complaints on the pedicure. When I was all done, I went up to pay and took out my card, and paid. Turned around and walked out. Then I happened to look down at my nails, and they were all messed up. You would have thought they would be dry by then. Avedently, they did too because they said I was done. I turned around and went back in. Explained they must have not been dry all the way. First, I got attitude, like it was my fault. Then I gave them a little back. I just spent more than 130.00. Then they said they would fix it. They did a terrible job and made me feel uncomfortable. They didn’t put the same coats on as the others and had smeared bright pink polish across one of my fingers. I know I rambled on, but I have never been to a salon and had such a poor job, plus they were very good at making someone uncomfortable. Would never go back…..
