Big fan of this place’s work, only note is they could be better at acknowledging you when you first walk in. As for the actual nails, I usually go square with my real nails but cut them down and went round with Leann’s help. She knows what looks good and helped me achieve a clean natural look. She was particular to make sure the dip wasn’t bulky and filed down correctly which I love! I’m happy with my new shape, thanks Leann!

Came here with a group of girlfriends and had a good time. We all got manicures and pedicures. My only complaint is that I was charged more than quoted. I had my card on the counter while I was talking with a girlfriend and he just grabbed it and charged it. It was only $15 more than it should have been (he didn’t give us the 10% discount he told us he would) so not a big deal but I didn’t think that was cool. Also, when I got home, I noticed that the back of the nails weren’t cleaned up that well. I tipped 20% because they treated our group so well but I should have checked the back of my nails before I left and my bill in detail. Other than that, they came out great and they are cute!

I loveeeeee getting my nails done here! I am very particular with my nails since they are my real nails and both times I have gotten my nails done here by Kelly and Dee they have lasted over 6+ weeks. Highly recommend Dee and Kelly to do your long nails.
My pedicure was done by Rose, she is also very meticulous and amazing!!! The hot stone massage she did on my legs was to die for. Request Rose for your next pedicure you will not be disappointed.
The manager at the front remembers every customer’s names and their stylist, it really goes to show you that the service here is top notch.

Alex at the front was great and friendly my daughter and I love our nails. Don did a great job and I will ask for him again next time. My daughter said Linda did not hurt her. She loves her nails.

Don’t EVER go here. First time I got a set of nails in 10 years. 6 days after getting a set of acrylics here, one popped off. I returned on the 6th day to complain and have them fix the one that popped off. Other nails also looked like they were lifting too (again after only 6 days) so I had the nail tech look at those too. She said she would fix everything by giving me a free fill. Little did I know that was the biggest mistake of my life. 2 weeks later, several nails looked dark under the acrylic. I again returned to this nail spa to look at all the dark places. Turns out, 5 of my real nails now have a fungus under them. They told me that on day 6, when the tech filled the lifting acrylics, it sealed in water or moisture from me showering or washing my hands. Ridiculous. All they did was charge me $15 to take off the acrylics and told me to buy over the counter nail fungus medicine. I can’t believe they didn’t offer to do anything for me after all this. I was at this nail place 3 times in 3 weeks (once to get the nails put on, once to fix my nails and once to take off the nails because of the fungus). Unbelievable. I have no idea how long it will take to get rid of this fungus under my nails now but once its all gone, I will NEVER be returning to Resort Nails. BEWARE.
