Sophie did an amazing job today, she is amazing and has great attention to detail. I always love coming to this location because the techs are so kind and very focused. In the past I’ve been attended by Mindy, Lee and Lam and they exceeded my expectations as well. This is my 3rd time coming here and I’ve had nothing but great experiences every time. If you want your toes to last get GEL! Not sure why this location only has 3 stars, they will remain my favorite nail salon, can’t recommend them enough and they have unbeatable prices for their amazing quality techs.

Went here for the first time last minute for a full set and simple design. The guy who did my nails was accommodating, detailed and easy to work with. We made agreements on what I wanted and he checked with me every step of the way. The design is great, came out super clean, but this is where the compliments end. It’s only been 11 days. 😭 Nails have been lifting and popping off, it looks like I need a fill and it shouldn’t, and I paid $100 for these. Tipped good too. Disappointing. It’s either I find somebody who’s good at nails but sucks at designs, or I find somebody good at designs but ok with nail application. I need somebody who’s good at both…

UPDATE 4/2: I was contacted immediately after I left this review. The manager Ashley was super accommodating and told me they have a two week policy and invited me to come back so they could correct my nails. I had a chance to stop by on 3/22 and by then all the nails had popped off. Ashley offered me a huge discount for a new set with a new tech and Andy was wonderful. This set is holding up a lot longer than the last one and I’m now pleased with my 5-star service. Until next time!

First time visiting & had a great experience. My sister worked with Angela , and I had the pleasure of working with Tiffany. Both took their time and reviewed their work while being gentle and accommodating. I opted for dip and my sister acrylic.

I’m an over-the-road truck driver and it’s hard for me to find a good place to get my nails done. But today after reading the reviews I decided to give this salon a chance. The young lady I had and I’m so sorry I did not get her name. Did an excellent job I had fills, a repair and nail art on all 10 Nails. She did an excellent job. I will keep this place in mind for the next time I’m in this area.
Well I’m back in the area and this time I got Andy. He did a full set and 3D nail art and it is absolutely awesome. I am so glad I found this place. I will definitely be coming back when I’m in the area.

I have been coming to this place since for a while now. Service is okay/bad. When it’s slow they always tell me to sit in a chair and I’ve always had to wait (don’t know why if it’s slow). Last time I got a pedicure they guy dug under my toe nail without asking me if that was okay. Today I went in to get a quick fix for two cracked nails. I got them done first on May 13 and they cracked a week later. Salon was busy and I told the guy what happened and he told me to come back at 12:15. Was not accommodating at all. He also checked a customer out that was behind me in line before helping me (rude!). This would have been a quick fix but now my nail lifted off and hurts like hell (what I was trying to avoid). Not sure if I should give them another chance.
