DISASTER!! Don’t waste your time or money. They need more practice. I’ve never had product left on my skin like this. This was dip service. And let’s not leave out how she left my left hands with super short nails and my right hand with semi short nails. See photos. You’ll see the length difference

I really like this place for a few reasons. I am always super busy with limited time yet they are so well staffed that even on a busy Saturday there is not much of a wait. My first time there was as a walk in on a Saturday with no wait time. I’ve been there 3 times now over the past three months and it’s been a pleasant experience each time for getting my dipped nails . Ms. Ivy is the super nice and talented nail specialist that does my nails. I now make an appointment with only her. She’s done my nails twice now and I will definitely return. I am a gardener and I don’t typically get my nails done. But getting a dip on my short nails is natural looking and gives me the flexibility needed to function and maintain my lifestyle. The location is near shopping and restaurants so you can make a day of being in the same parking lot! Give them a try!

Vivian is the absolute best!! I have tried many nail salons over the years and she is absolutely amazing. If I need French tips, gel, or even powder, she does my nails perfectly every single time. She also does my eyebrow wax perfectly. I will NEVER go to anyone else; ever!! If you want perfect nails, please see Vivian.

**Disappointing Experience at Resort Nail Salon**

I am writing to express my disappointment with the service I received at Resort Nail Salon, where I have been a loyal customer for some time. Recently, I went in for a pedicure, but upon leaving, I noticed the polish was lifting and peeling off. I called the salon and was asked to return the next day for a correction.

The technician attempted to fix the issue, but shortly after leaving the salon, the polish began lifting again. I immediately returned for a second correction. I suggested switching to gel polish, as the regular polish was not adhering properly. However, they insisted on charging me an additional $20 for the gel polish.

Given that this was their second attempt to correct the problem, I felt it was unreasonable to charge me extra. I requested a refund, which they refused, stating that they could not refund me because I had received the pedicure service. I then asked for at least a partial refund, but they denied that as well.

As a long-time customer, I expected better treatment and common courtesy. Their unwillingness to rectify the situation without additional charges was extremely disappointing. Due to this experience, I will no longer be patronizing Resort Nail Salon and cannot recommend their services to others.

Went for a mani/pedi. First time getting a pedicure, so I was nervous, but Thomas did an amazing job and was super gentle. The massage was nice. Ivy killed it with my nails. I’m absolutely in love with my nails 🥰
