Renaissance is truly a gem of a salon, and Ava worked absolute wonders with my hair! Ava’s skill and creativity transformed my hair into a work of art. She listened attentively to my preferences and delivered results that exceeded my expectations. The entire experience, from the friendly staff to Ava’s expertise, made it memorable. I wholeheartedly recommend Renaissance, especially with the talented stylist Ava!

My experience there was TERRIBLE!! There were very nice girls there who did their job well, but the woman who worked with me was rude with my hair, she was all the time saying how badly was my hair and always complained about the extra work that my long hair was giving her. Every word she said she referred to my long hair always complaining. She work with hairs… Why does she complain about long hair? …
She also complained that I had dirty hair (I thought this would make her work better with my hair) but she made me feel really bad about it.
She pulled my hair when she put the highlights on and burned my head several times with the dryer.
She left me in very uncomfortable positions and didn’t worry about this.
I saw that all the other ladies were having some refresh, she never asked me if I needed anything, I had to please ask for water when I had already been there for 2 hours.
When she was working with my hair she sometimes hit me with her work tray, she never said sorry.
I told her that the highlights would never have to start from the root.. she made all the highlights from my root (as you can see in the picture attached) She had to correct and didn’t get what I asked for.
I think its the first review I write in my life but I couldn’t let this be shared with the people. Im sure not all the people who work there are like here.
I don’t usually be able to invest my time in going to the hair salon. It cost me to make the decision and what was going to be a quiet and peaceful moment for me became a NIGHTMARE.
Im not going to waste time coming back to this place, of course neither my friends and family. I will have to fix my hair after having spent almost $400 on a very BAD EXPERIENCE.

I had an amazing experience at this salon. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure to listen to my preferences but also were able to offer me advice. My stylist- Ava- was skilled and knowledgeable, and she did an outstanding job with my hair. I left feeling confident and beautiful, and I’ve received so many compliments on the work she did on my hair. The salon itself was clean, and comfortable, adding to the overall pleasant experience. I will definitely be returning and would highly recommend it.

I hadn’t had my hair done in almost 2 years before I came here because I was so afraid to let someone else touch it after moving to the area. Now, I wish I had come to see Rebecca earlier because she absolutely nailed my vision and gave me exactly what I wanted. My balayage looks amazing. She was so kind and is insanely talented. I will 100% be coming back to Rebecca every time from now on!

I recently had to have color correction done to my hair.

I went to another salon originally and it was supposed to be balayage and I don’t think the person knew what that was and she ended up bleaching my entire head. and it was golden, yellow, white and blueish. I was so upset. Thankfully Jen fit me into her schedule and totally saved the day!!! I can not recommend her enough you’ll see the pictures the before picture you can see it just destroyed the quality of my hair and then the after picture is how Jen saved it and you can see it’s just like a warm, beautiful balayage so if you need color correction or anything to do with bleach really I would recommend going to Jen and renaissance salon. It’s not something you want to gamble with. I definitely regret my first appointment at the other salon. I mean my hair was beautiful and healthy and it was only supposed to be the ends but the woman bleached my entire head and it was very upsetting so I’m very thankful that Jen put me in and I’m so happy that she’s so so so talented.
