Not only was the owner too busy on her phone to acknowledge anyone – Historically I get gel, but yesterday I couldn’t afford it . I’ve done nothing strenuous to have my nails chipped like this. I know it’s regular paint but this should not be. It was water down. I also got my eyebrows done which historically they do a good job but they were uneven and thin this place out, but I can tell it’s going downhill. I know she bribes I’ll to give a five star review for 15% off but money is too hard to come by and people should know what they are getting

Kathy and her team are wonderful!! I am ever so grateful to my podiatrist for recommending her!! I have had trauma to my feet, which impacted my big toes. I have not worn open toes shoes because of this… May 8th was my first visit, Kathy is an angel and an artist!!! I cannot believe I have not heard of her establishment beforehand. She was able to use acrylics and transform an embarrassment into something remarkable!! I booked my next appointment before leaving!!

All the staff is friendly and respectful. Everyone tries to move efficiently and with nice accuracy. The pricing is very nice but she produces very nice quality nails and is capable of a large array of designs.

In The Dark
Came here for the 1st time. Not fancy, just a neighborhood nail shop on a strip plaza. Price charged matched what was advertised on the web and in the shop. Technician was meticulous, neat and did a great job. Overall I will defiantly return. The salon owner told one of the client this and I thought it was so on point.
When the nail tech asked the client if she wanted her nails cut down the client said “it doesn’t matter” the owner told her to be specific and answer “yes” or “no”. Considering the number of misunderstandings that can occur in these type of establishments I think that was a key element to communication.
