I finally feel like I got a really good haircut and Regina listened to understand what I wanted. The shampoo was awesome too!

Although Regina and her staff were very friendly, the quality of services were very poor. The services did not match what is advertised on the website. The body treatments consisted of rubbing baby oil on arms, lower legs, upper chest and upper back for $85, The facial was a facial scrub with mask and moisturizers applied for $120. The manicure consisted of a nail trim and polish for $45. They did not offer gel polish and were unable to remove gel polish. To say I was disappointed is an understatement. We were also promised that our multiple person party could all be accommodated at the same time, as in same service at the same time. This was not the case either. When making the reservation I made sure that Regina would be able to accommodate my Mother who has multiple medical issue effecting positioning and was reassured that they could, but this was not true either. They also did not have a robe to fit larger person. The salon had mold and water damage throughout. I would not recommend using this salon.

She does not listen to the customer. I got a gift card in November, called for an appointment and was told I had to much hair. When I said then buy back my gift card you finally schedule me for January 27th. Then in January, I got an email saying the appointment was on the 23rd when I told her I need a Saturday appointment because I work Monday- Friday. I would not recommend the salon to anyone!!! I wish I could find someone to buy the gift card.

I had a wonderful day with Regina! I let her have complete freedom with my hair, and she gave me a complete makeover! I feel much more confident and happier with my hair now. She truly is the best of the best!

I had such a wonderful experience with Samantha for my first ever facial yesterday afternoon! I’ve been extremely stressed with wedding planning & it was sooooo needed. Such a relaxing atmosphere. I definitely will be back!
