The man rushed and did a very poor job. He was also extremely rude. For $50 it was a rip off. Nobody in our family will ever use them again. The whole time he made snide remarks and was very unprofessional. I can not believe this is allowed.

Got my nails done by the guy, all i wanted was a simple matte black coffin shape, not only were they wayyyy too thick, the weren’t all straight or even. I told him they were too thick and he insisted they had to be so they didn’t break off. My fingers literally hurt because of how sloppy they were done. I wasted not only the $40 for the “service” but an additional $50 total to get what i needed to take them off. He also made an incredibly inappropriate comment about my 7-8 month old niece. Asking to buy her for $50,000 and free nails. And no I am not joking. I don’t know nor care if it was a joke or not, that is not something you should say to anyone.

Got my child’s nails done for prom. The 1st one fell off within 4 days. They fixed it. The very next day a 2nd one fell off and she didn’t even know when it happened. Usually if you’ve had nails done that recently and one comes all the way off it’s very painful. She felt nothing. They were pretty the day of prom, really. 40 dollars and didn’t last a whole week seems a bit crazy though. I can’t figure out why they came off like cheap stick on nails. Until this last time everytime we went, they did a great job. This time kind of burned us.

This place was very run down and filthy. They don’t even disinfect the pedicure bowls in between clients, they only rinsed with water even after I brought it to their attention. They don’t use the disposable liners in the tub. The mail clippers and cuticle trimmers they grabbed from an open basket that definitely looked used, not a sterilized unopened package from the sterilizer. They also attend to very elderly clients that have serious feet problems and should be seeing a podiatrist and not attending to them and taking the risks of infecting other clients. The gentleman who worked on me had his whole entire back side of his underwear exposed. Very unprofessional. I was completely disgusted and will not be going there again and I suggest you don’t either.

Got gel nails and they were too thick. I showed it to him and he said that it was fine. Well 4 days later the nails started peeling off. I had 3 nails pop off in less than 5 days of having them done. I went in to show them and he said it’s because my nails were too long and that I don’t get them done often so they weren’t going to stay. I asked for a refund and I was told they do not give refunds that they would redo them. I do not recommend
