Needs improvement. The first time I visited, a male employee had a bad attitude and was argumentative. Reluctantly, I’ve returned due to convenience. A woman did a rush job on my pedicure depispite not being busy, and her gel polishing was messy. My toes look worse than when I came. I don’t plan to return.

No stars is what I really want to give this place. Horrible experience! I waited 20 minutes for a Mani Pedi which I did not mind at all. While having my Pedi I was told that the same tech was going to do my manicure. After the tech finished my pedicure she tells me that I will have to wait 30 minutes for another technician to do my manicure. I thought that was odd since she told me she was going to do both. I asked another tech what was going on and she told me that my tech went to lunch. And that I had to wait until she was done and she was going to do my manicure. I could not believe what was happening. There was two techs at lunch now and they wanted me to wait for the one that was busy with another customer. My fault for not reading the awful reviews they have. They are all so rude and make no good customer service. I another note my pedicure was ugly. I had to go home and redo it myself. I paid for awful service. But I will never go back and I do not recommend that place to anyone..

I have been to this location in Buda three times. The lady who has her desk next to the cash register is very rude and not patient. I thought maybe she was having a bad day but every time I go like this I have seen her, she has terrible customer service and apparently she doesn’t care about the business. I don’t plan to return and it has happened more than once.

Be warned! Very rude & discriminating. They refused service to my hb saying they were busy when literally no one was there. They actually said they’d rather take their “regular clients:. We summarize it’s either bc he is a man or bc he’s a black man. Either way we won’t be back.

If I could give less than 0 stars I would. My experience at this nail salon was HORRIBLE!!!!!!! My hands are all wrinkled from sitting there for so long, the bowl was DIRTY, and I had to come home and scrub my hands!!
