They were really nice but me and my mom agree we aren’t going back, the purposely only put the acrylic 75% of the way back so it would grow out quicker, and with mine the color was uneven and thin, and now my nails are flaky, they were nice but still…👎🏻

I have used them in the past when I lived in Amarillo. I just so happened to take and have a Daddy/Daughter day in Amarillo and thought hey I will have my nails done since I haven’t been in there in 5 years. Annie has always done my nails and did them yesterday. Keep in mind I live in Pampa. Annie has always done a great job. But this time it was horrible. She sprayed some type of clear chemical on my hands and let’s just say the tops of my hands are blood red from all of the scratching. My right hand is the worst. Not to mention finger tips are freaking sore. That’s never happened before. I got home and I have 2 nails on the right hand already lifting. Needless to say their getting a phone call in the morning and demanding a refund because of the fact my hand is now blood red and my finger tips are sore. I am gonna have to spend more money to have these soaked off!! I will not drive back to Amarillo just to have it fixed. I’m sorry but I will not use them ever again.

Wish I could give 0 stars. Made an appointment for saturday on Thursday for sns nails. Got there and they tried saying that there were no nail technitions there today who do sns. I knew she was lying because there was a technition in the corner doing sns nails on another client. She wasn’t too happy when I pointed that out. Then she tried telling me I didn’t even make an appointment. After trying to reason with her for ten minutes I told her to just forget it. Rude service, save your time and go anywhere but here.

Went in to get a full set for mothers day….. had a woman named Lan work on my nails. Told her what I wanted and she said she we should do it differently. I didn’t agree she ended up doing it her way. The busier they got the sloppier her work got. Trying to rush me out the door. Regretted ever agreeing to letting her do the gel. my 5 year old could have done them better.
