Horrible. Waited 25 minutes for a appointment on 4/14/25. Took a walk in ahead of me. I asked if she was a walk in when I arrived and the consumer stated she was. This was a complete was of my travel and time on a day off and a Sunday to boot. I did clarify I had a 1pm appointment yet, it did not matter to Regal Nails. Why take appointments and commit to a time when a walk in supercedes appointments?

I treated my daughter and myself to a manicure yesterday. Before we left she told us to put our own topcoat on at home because she can’t guarantee hers… what?? .. but I did make sure to do it. She didn’t put base coat on my daughters nails and after just a few hours of playing dolls the nail polish was almost completely gone. My this morning my nails were chipping too and I have been very careful with them. What a complete waste of money.

There hasn’t been a single place with dropping money at for nails. I may have just got lucky this time, but figured it was worth the review. Hopefully my next visits return the same result.
All of these types of nails salons really need to amp up the sanitation though. My word.

Horrible! Got acrylics done and they were so thick and uneven and bumpy! Nail polish is peeling off and underneath is still wet and getting everywhere. Went to 90’s and had them fixed.

I went in for a fill. I usually go to 99 nails. But I was at Walmart so I figured I get a fill there. First off. She hurt me at least 6 and 7 times with a dremel hitting my skin. I have dips and bumps in the acrylic. She did not match my nails and made my cuticles very sore
