I have went to Kelly in the past but my last experience was far from what I expected! I’m goin on vacation for my birthday n told Kelly I want black nails and for her to freestyle .. well this is her work! Thumb was bumpy had to ask her to fix. Whatever ombré she did looked Terrible n she had to fix n take off.. French manicure was not neat.. still now some nails longer than others design looks horrible I hate my nails and she should be embarrassed to say this her work !! While my nails were drying she left n went to another desk to wk on another cust n didn’t say bye or nothing to me n had another employee assist me n take my money!! How u mad at me cause u did a horrible job on my nails n u know it n then want to act as if u mad I’m complaining!! She tried to act like it my fault cause I didn’t bring a pic. Girl all the nails u do u should be able to freestyle work. These nails were done yesterday n I’m leaving on vacation Tuesday!!! She claims the middle nail is marble 🤣 where!! I can say Kelly admitted she was wrong n gave me my money back! Ty for that Kelly but because of wk n seemingly attitude I will not return

I absolutely love Kelly!!! She is one of the best nail artists in the Roanoke Valley! I see a few bad apples post reviews that are pretty bad and mainly it’s because they are trying to get a free set of nails, it’s rather ridiculous! Here’s the thing, Kelly is one of the most understanding individuals you will ever meet. Most people want to wait until she’s completely done and go home and say something about her sets, but why not say anything the moment she is doing your nails? If she is in the process of doing your nails and you don’t like something, SPEAK UP!! She will make sure you leave her salon happy! Kelly, you have always done an amazing job with my nails and I would never go anywhere else! Love you girl!

I moved to covington a year ago and for 20 years the same lady did my nails in hagerstown md and until this past Saturday I still went up there. I was nervous about goung any where else, but Tracy and the ladies here made me so comfortable and my nails are amazing. Thank you Tracy. I’ll be back this is now my nail salon❤️
