Received gift certificate. Staff polite. Pedicure short, rushed and no attention to detail. When I got home, I peeled off the pink jell from my heels. I believe the technician understood her boss already got paid with the gift certificate. The technician was very surprised when I tipped her. For the record, her co-worker did a great job on her clients that paid cash. I will not be back.

I went to get a cute nail design short length square and they completely missed the design close to none of my nails are the same shape there clumpy and all together not what I wanted I asked for a refund and for them to remove the nails but she refused to remove them and only gave me less then half of my refund and was completely unprofessional and disrespectful the whole time I’ve been there multiple times and never worked with her and I’ve been fine with my product but with her it wasn’t right at all and I had a big event coming up and I explained that I needed them off but she started complaining about her personal struggles (Tina is who did my nails) and when I told her I needed my money because I can’t just waste money on unworthy product and she told me she needed the money way more than I could imagine

They took great care of me when we drove four hours to Anderson for a wedding. My feet were in “winter boot” mode and looked hideous! Thank you to the pedicurist who took care of me that day. I really am grateful. She did a great job and was very friendly and nice to me. Thank you!
