I had difficulty removing my acrylic nails at home, so I went to REGAL NAILS to remove the rest.( all 4 1/2 of them) and the lady charged me $17! She also caused me to bleed removing one of them :(. I asked her for a manicure and she asked if I want gel, I said no just reg polish, how much is it? I felt like she avoided the question and just simply didn’t want to give me one because she said all done and took the next person. Anyway, I’m relieved I didn’t give them anymore of my business, that’s ridiculous 😂

I was yelled at and made fun of by the owner of this salon due to a medical condition that causes me to have very dry skin. She scrubbed my feet so hard she left injuries and bruises. When I asked her to stop and just paint my toes, she was demeaning and abusive. She ended up charging me 49.00 for less than 10 minutes in her chair, which resulted in a horrible polish job on my toes.

My 7 year old brother can do a better job. The guy who did my nails rushed and was not gentle with my hands. My nails were just to be fixed up but they kept on insisting that I got them painted, and would not leave me alone once I said I didn’t want my nails painted. The lady that did my mom’s nails aggressively asked me like 5 times what color I wanted and it took 4 times for her to understand that I didn’t want nail extensions.

Roommate and I went to get our finger nails done. It was bad. Do not go. Paid $57, worth maybe $10. First red flag, it’s in Walmart. We should have turned around and left at the moment we realized that. We walked in, and one of the nail technicians was slurping water out of the sink in the back of the salon. When he started working on my hands, I noticed his fingernails were crusted with goodness only knows what, and he had wart growths all over his fingers. He also smelled bad. I sucked it up and thought oh it’ll be ok. No. I showed him a picture of what I wanted. I asked him to slightly round the corners of my acrylics and he took a fingernail clipper to them instead of just filing them a little bit. He also filed my left middle finger and right ring finger very crooked. They curve off to the left quite obviously. The gel was uneven and blobby. And then I switched to a lady to have them painted. I went to wash my hands and he grabbed my stuff (coat and purse and phone) and moved them to a different table. Did not appreciate him touching my things without asking. The lady didn’t cover my nails with the paint and the top coat had a very harsh edge on a couple nails. Then instead of just telling me she couldn’t do derailing/art on nails, she painted a spiky weed looking thing instead of the little branch I showed her. My roommate asked for the same thing and a different lady was doing hers, and just put a leaf sticker on her nails, and couldn’t even lay the sticker flat, they had bubbles and wrinkles in them.
I attached a picture of what I asked for(I did only want my ring finger white) and pictures of what I got. And then a picture of what they looked like after I called and made an “emergency” appointment with my regular lady, who actually knows what she’s doing.
