I had a pedicure (regular polish) and manicure(gel polish). I asked if they could match regular color on my toes to the gel polish I was getting on my fingernails. I was told they had the matching color in regular polish. I politely asked a question after checking out to clarify price and She was rude and unkind. She even walked away from me before I could show her that the color on my toes and nails is not even close to matching in color. I will never go back here. I paid $100 for regular polish on my toenails and gel polish on my nails that are not the same color, as I requested. Above all, you will not receive my business again being so rude. I had been here previously and had a good experience, but I’ll not be returning after tonight’s experience. SO RUDE😔

The worst experience! The girl did an awful job and was very rude to my grand daughter! I will never go back. I paid full price for a manicure and she only got her nails polished.
She left polish all around her nails. AWFUL

My handicapped mother went here today, 2/21/24. She was told to never come back. She has somewhat shaky hands, and they can be difficult to work with, and when she is stressed (like being yelled at by staff which has happened on two previous occasions) her shakiness becomes worse. She came here every 6 weeks because she can’t afford the sky-high prices here. On one of her previous visits here, her son and former aid (my brother) had left for around 5 minutes to smoke. Once he came back the staff had been so incredibly rude to my mother because of her abnormally shaky hands (most likely caused by her social anxiety and the staff’s disregard for her situation) that she had started crying. She is a wonderful person, and the people here not only charged us ridiculous prices, treated us rudely, but they have now have permanently kicked us out. I can’t say exactly how this place is for the regular client, but they were horrid towards us. In our opinion, we strongly advise you don’t go here.

I had a walk-in appointment for a gel manicure. The staff was friendly and quick. The selection of colors was pretty good, I thought. I wish they hadn’t trimmed my cuticles, as they did cut me a few times and they didn’t really need it. I would probably try a different salon next time, but I was satisfied with them being done, and right now, they’ve lasted a week. The sides are peeling, but that seems normal.

My daughter and I went in to get our nails done and this was the worst experience ever! My daughter wanted something simple with black and hot pink faded together and they wanted to charge a 12 yr old 78 bucks for that so she just went with all black and one hot pink nail. Plus my daughter told the lady that they were to long and so did I but the lady did not listen and left them the way they were. Then my nails all I wanted was all black with orange glitter on 2 nails but the guy did what he wanted even after I told him what I wanted 4 times. He only put glitter on the tip of 2 nails. Just ridiculous! And to pay 117 for Nails that your not satisfied withsocks! Never again will I go back there! I’ll keep going to znails!
