Initially I was impressed by the cleanliness and aesthetic of the salon. The service started great, I got a dip powder manicure and regular pedicure. However this initial assessment went out the window after the second day as my nails already started looking scratched. As the week went on, the entire top coat peeled and my nails looked like absolute trash. I was on vacation and it was quite embarrassing to have my nails looking like this. I get my nails done every 2-3 weeks and I have never had my dip powder manicure peel in this way, immediately after a service. While I do think the price is reasonable compared to some other salons in the area, I find it unacceptable for the nails to not last more than 1-2 days. I’d rather take my business elsewhere

I recently enjoyed their gel mani/ regular pedi special and thought the level of service was great! Good prices for the neighborhood and a much nicer salon than others in the area. The chairs for both pedicure and manicure were really comfortable – the whole salon is really clean and beautifully styled. I just started going here since it’s around the corner from my office and look forward to returning. Thank you!

I went in for a mani/pedi last evening. My normal salon spends about 45-50 minutes for such service with meticulous detail. I was in and out in 20 minutes. I could have cut my finger and toe nails equally as well myself for free. I’ve already had to file the sharp edges of my finger nails the following day. Maybe this place is only for women’s nails? Total waste of money for a man. I guess fast and cheap. Neither of which I was looking for. Won’t ever go back

I’ve been going to their previous UES location for SNS for the last few years. I started coming to the Tribeca location when it opened. Born and raised in NYC I know what I like and don’t like—I have a high appreciation for detail—especially shape of my nails. It took me a while time to grow out my nails and it can be difficult finding technicians that are honest about their capabilities — especially in an over saturated NYC market. The technicians here are skilled and experienced. Maggie takes time to do a great job and make sure my nails look their best.
As a bonus, the salon is chic and well-maintained. It’s a relaxing and enjoyable experience all around!!
