The best nail shop in Centennial Hills. My girl Tina is exceptional whether I make an appointment or walk in she delivers the best customer service and experience. The salon is clean, they have every color, glitter anything you need they got you. Been coming here for sometime and she always delivers. Look no further and book an appointment TODAY!

My step mom and I came to get pedicures for a girls day. We were excited to get the $70 CBD pedicure and to have some relief since we are both on our feet all day. Half way through I noticed that the 3rd packet he used didn’t have any CBD noted on it and neither did any of the other products they used. When I asked they told me that they used CBD so I asked to see the box set the product came in. No CBD was used in the box set at all. The owner said “the CBD one smelled bad so we returned them”. They have a single box on their shelf of the CBD Volcano pedicure for advertisement but not other boxes for them to use. I told her it was false advertising to still be selling that without the product. She said she would give us $10 off. Due to us only getting their deluxe pedicure I asked for the deluxe pedicure price of $55. After some back and forth she agreed to us only paying for what we actually received. This place is actively scamming people hoping that no one asks what’s actually in their product and that’s sad.

This place is clean, friendly and Kayla is ALWAYS on point! I’ve been going to her for many years and she always delivers the best service. Gel mani & pedi 💅🏾 perfection.

I was going to this place to do my nails with Shirley. I was happy with her work although it wasn’t the greatest and she wouldn’t even give me a massage after doing my feet or hands, but when I went one day for my appointment with her she was out sick, I had to have my nails done with someone else, who basically did a horrible job. The very next day two nails chipped off and so I had to go again to fix them. I went and sat with the manager who after waiting like 30 -45 min. Re-did them all again. They looked great when I left, much nicer job and smooth. I was happy, but after 3 days they started falling off again, one by one like they were just lifting from the back of the nail beds. Especially when I would go In the shower, they would all get caught with my hair. Well after 6-7 days I had lost 5-6 nails. I was so disappointed with yet another bad service and from the manager!!
I do not have the desire nor the time to go yet again to have them fixed and hope they fix them good this time. So I am done with this place. After reading so many reviews as well here I came to a conclusion that this is not the place for me. And I have to agree with some other reviewers that said the people here laugh at customers and do a lot of talking about customers here and to me that’s not good customer service at all!
If you want to take chances on your nails or feet and have time to go back several times for errors go ahead and go here otherwise I would pass here!!
