David did an awesome job on my nails. He’ll sing to you if you’re nice! I got the dipping powder. I had a really fun time and the best part is he paid attention to detail! I’ll definitely be going back.

Quality is definitely good. I mean not fantastic by any means, but good! Customer service on the other hand? Ehhh not so much. Definitely could’ve been better! So I purchased a gift certificate for a friend a little over a year ago (was supposed to be for a pedicure which was $28). Long story short, my friend never used it, so I decided to. I was immediately told that my gift certificate wasn’t enough for a pedicure and the pedicures are now $30+. I explained the situation that the gift certificate is supposed to be for a pedicure, but they still made me pay an extra $2 for a mediocre base level pedicure. I get it, inflation is a thing, but when I have a gift certificate (that doesn’t have an expiration date on it by the way) for a pedicure, that’s what I should get. Not to mention when I did try to pay said $2 they didn’t even want to take my card! Kept telling me cash only! 🤷♀️ Go somewhere else is my advice, there’s much better nail salons in Auburn that aren’t so stingy.
