I always have an amazing time there. The nail techs are nice and the owner is very welcoming. For the basics – gel pedicure and a full set – you will spend about $80. Extras will cost you extra!

Terrible customer service. They always make me sign in on the sign in sheet and are supposed to follow the order to give service but on two separate occasions they let people who came after me get service before me. They had no reason to do that other than judging people by the way they look and giving priority to their preferences. Then they made me wait 30 minutes plus. Their service is often rushed and not great quality, especially for the price. Not going back again.

So I love the vibe here. They talk to you and are so friendly. LOTS of nails colors and options. But no menu and I’ve definitely been hustled a couple of times. Their pedicures are nice. The second visit. I got the pink nails done and the tech was quick and gave me exactly what I wanted and the shape I wanted (which apparently is hard for most salons to comprehend). But she charged me $75! $5 per dip color. And didn’t tell me that was the extra charge till after it was done. I have NEVER been charged $5 for a different color anywhere else. She also overdrilled and when removing the dip, my nails are veryyy sensitive.
Then I wen back a 3rd time and got this peach color. The tech absolutely butchered my nails. Definitely over-drilled trying to fix them and it still came out sloppy over an hour and a half later with 3 nicked cuticles. They charged me $50 instead of $60 knowing I wasn’t happy with the final result.
Overall, i do love the vibe and it’s so hard to find a spot where you feel like you connect with the nail techs but Red Lotus needs to provide a menu and adhere to it. I’m willing to pay good money and tip well if I don’t feel hustled and scammed. I know they can do a great job if they want to.

The nails were pretty awful, not gonna lie. Me and my sisters got our nails done here and none of us got what we asked for, and what we ended up with was rushed and poorly done. Nail polish dripping all down the sides of our fingers, none of us got the shape, color or length we asked for, and there were added charges for things we didn’t ask for. My sister was told her eyebrows are bushy and ugly to try to upsell her a brow treatment, we were all given an improper dip powder manicure where ours technician put gel on top to finish them faster. We all felt gipped. Do NOT go here.
