Today I was over charged at this nail shop when I been going to them since 2018, well they lost a great customer over charging ppl when I never paid that much just for gal on my feet and hand’s, price always was the same!!! Now I see why yall can’t keep no employees now!!! And always have someone new!!! I will never come back… going back to marrero,westwego!!! Where I know I will be goodt!!! Shame on yall red carpet!!!!

Today my Tech Andy was great. I liked that he interacted with me and made sure I was ok repeatedly. I never had to wait extremely long either like I did other place. Ms. Lele, she too was very pleasant and informed me to call ahead for my Tech if I enjoyed my service. So if you’re in Gretna give Red Carpet a try.

The best nail salon I’ve been to in while. A friendly atmosphere, hardly no wait time, and they’re open 7 days a week with late hours. Great 💅 techs. I have one lady in particular that I always see, but you’ll have to feel your way with yours. This job is a week old.

I will not be back! Went in for a coffin shape I tend to stay away from this shape because not many people can get it right. And of course I was disappointed & ended up having them just make it square due to the shape being very sloppy. In the end I just popped off my nails and went to another salon. Waste of $42! Then they had the nerve to charge me for a cut down even though they couldn’t do a simple coffin shape🙄
