I went in for a pedicure and a regular manicure. 1. They push the more expensive services. As you walk in you’re greeted by a friendly face, the manager. He’s been there for years, SUPER nice guy. But he says “gel manicure?!”. Nope, just a pedicure and a regular mani. I ended up going with the blueberry pedi because it’s been awhile :). My pedicure person was great! When it came for my mani I was given a different technician. Fine. HOWEVER, she BUTCHERED my natural nails. I came in with long nails and one chipped nail. I asked her to even them out and not cut them too short. She took the entire whites of my nails off! They’re so short, I now look like I bite my nails, which I’ve never been a nail bitter. Not to mention she kept clipping my SKIN as she was cutting my cuticles. This was the most painful manicure I’ve ever had. I’m so unbelievably unhappy. I asked her several times not to cut them short and she left me with stumps :(. Be ware of Nora, she’s not a great nail tech.

I love going here for gel manicures and pedicures too. The nail techs are very nice and meticulous. they always check in with me and ask if I am liking how my nails are looking. this is also one of the cleaner nails salons i’ve gone to. when it is not too busy (and they can get pretty busy!) they also give back massages which is a nice. it is a little more expensive than other places but my manicures always last much longer here so it is worth it!

They used to be good but definitely going down hill. Got pedicure today, the woman picked my cuticles and made multiple toes bleed. Then proceeded to round half of my toenails and square half of the others. I didn’t realize until she started putting the color on. The color was not put on evenly and some of the toes were see-through. Almost started crying when the manager finally walked over and helped. I swear they charged me extra because they had to redo it. Not a big fan of how things are being run these days. I got a small coupon and the manager mentioned making an app Next time to ask for a specific person. I’m sorry I don’t know which of your employees are good or not I don’t go that often.

I came here for the first time yesterday and was pleasantly surprised! Kevin did my nails and he took the time to make sure they were perfect. Over 5 people came by to massage my shoulders and check in. It was a really great experience and I look forward to coming here regularly for nails and pedicures! What a great experience.

I’ve been going here for the past 3 years. They include a massage while doing your manicure. Supplies are always clean and staff is very friendly!
