I have been to this salon 3 times. Every time the owner, I believe her name is Susan, is very, very rude and disrespectful. No kindness shown to her customers. The last two times I went in I was greeted with “What do you need?” Both times I responded with “A pedicure please!” The owner doesn’t even look at me and just says “No time.” So incredibly rude, and not clean either. By the way, the door says “Walk-Ins Welcome”. This place is a joke and I will never go back again.

We showed up for our scheduled appointment, and the lady was very rude from the start, so rude with her attitude and comments that we canceled our appointment. I don’t know if she was having a bad day or what but you don’t treat people that way, especially customers. This was my first time there and I probably will not go back or recommend my friends/family go to her.. Rudeness is not OK.

Had a pedicure done at this shop as we were traveling through Bluffton. Had a male technician that did a terrible job. He acted like he could not speak English (until he asked for payment ) and did not interact at all. He tapped my feet when he wanted me to do something. The polish job was splotchy and I have had many pedicures. I think the owners need to look for a more competent tech. Will not return.

After getting my acrylic nails filled in with gel color, my fingers turned red and started burning. After a week of inflamed fingers, I went back in and asked to have them removed and she said she didn’t have time for that and walked away. Not super great service.
