Tina did an metallic ombre acrylic nail and a pedicure. The picture really doesn’t do as much justice as it deserves.

My pedicure at Reach was FANTASTIC! I got the classic honey pedicure with 10 minute massage and gel polish. My gel polish for 9 WEEKS ago was still perfectly in tact but with grow out and that’s why I decided I needed to come back. The massage and pedicure was perfect and the 3 minute back/neck massage was the icing on the cake! I refuse to go anywhere else for a pedicure now!

Unfortunately I can’t give zero stars. I got the dip manicure with tips. First the guy was very rough with my nails, and used the grinder tool on my skin. (Ouch) now let’s move on to the tips. The guy glued the wrong size to my nail three times and pulled it off each time as it was drying before leaving it glued to my skin and crooked all while swearing very clearly. The shape is different on each nail. They are less than a week old and look awful not to mention two are cracked straight across my nails (I don’t have a physical job so that didn’t ruin them)

I’ve never had a experience like this with my nails these are beyond horrible I asked for coffin nails and my lord the thickness are so bad one nail I look like I have indentation looks horrible tried to give them another chance and this happens I will never go there again hoping this helps someone else and oh let me not forget the nail clippers so damn rusty I said to her those don’t look so good

I am never one to do reviews, But I gotta be a Karen for a minute. I have given this nail salon so many chances, mainly because I never have to wait when I make an appointment but today was my last time going. My main issue with this salon is they do not care about the integrity of your nails. I receive a gel manicure on my natural nails so typically when I go in the old gel needs to be soaked off first, They are so impatient and don’t want to wait to fully soak it off so they file most of it which is not good for your nails, it burns and leaves your nails very thin. I said ouch twice today to the guy that I had and you could see in his face he was annoyed, the nerve right. The service is never friendly. You are lucky if you get a single word out of anyone. You are just $ . I said what I said. I won’t be back.
