Has to be the absolute WORST pedicure that I have ever had AND the most expensive! Walking in the door I went to the wall to pick out an OPI color that I always love but was yelled at to not pick those but to pick from another section. At checkout I was so angry to find out that the polish I was forced to pick cost $10 more! 😡 The place was dirty and messy. The guy who did my service was not friendly at all. My feet were in the water for maybe 2 minutes total. Everything was rushed and timed (literally timed with a timer!!) I paid for a $59 pedicure that was supposed to be relaxing and fabulous and was supposed to have a 10 minute massage…..since when is 10 minutes, 3 minutes?? I feel like my friends’s 10 year old daughter would have done a better job. I left there in 20 minutes and my toes are still hard and calloused and the polish is bumpy! Oh, and they have signs around that say if you give a google review while you are there and show it to them, you will get $10 off your service soooooooo I think that all of their great reviews are totally paid for 😡
Avoid this place!! I wondered why they weren’t busy on a beautiful day (like most nail salons are)….. now I know why!

Always great service here. They’re always super busy but the wait is almost never long. I am always very happy with the service, the results of my nails, and the gel color selection is so much better than any other nail salon Ive been to!

Came here for the first time with a friend that lives in the area and had a great pomegranate pedicure! Everything about this pedicure was great! Came with 15min massage/callus remover and when your nails are drying they give you a back massage as well! Great prices, Will definitely be back!

This was my first time at Reach in Dartmouth. A friend had given me a gift certificate and I was due for some pampering. I booked online which was easy to do. I was seen on time, and didn’t feel rushed. I had a “Lavender Spa Pedicure”. Which included using lavender products, hot towels, callus treatment, scrub, a 15 min leg/foot massage, hot stones, & paraffin for your heels. The lady I had was very gentle, sweet and polite. I let her pick the color (blue) I’m pretty laid back when it comes to my nail color. Over all happy and thought that this was a reasonable price (59$) for the amount of work she did !! I would return for another visit. Spent about 1 hour 45 mins-2 hours total including drying.
I was in no rush.
(Also as someone who works in the beauty/service industry too I thought she did a wonderful job.) Thank you.
