I hate leaving bad reviews but feel like I have to after receiving such a terrible haircut and experience. I went in for a trim, and while explaining to the lady what I was looking for, I realized that she had already started cutting my hair without asking me if I wanted it washed. I was immediately startled by this because my hair needed washed and was wavy from a braid (I have stick straight hair), so I knew this would make it uneven. I stopped her and asked for a wash, she used cold water the whole time and was very rough with my head. She was more focused on talking with me than what she was cutting, and it shows.

I’d give the nail tech a -10. Not only is she horrible at doing nails, but she runs around town over exaggerating & gossiping about the service conversions she has. Very unprofessional. The nails I’m posting were after 4 days of service. Highly recommend never using her as a technician. By far worse in the area, there’s a reason she has immediate openings.

I went to Rave for the first time and had the most enjoyable experience. Samantha T. did a wonderful job cutting and styling my hair. It looks amazing. She was so kind, professional, and highly skilled. Samantha took her time giving me a fantastic haircut. I will definitely be back.

This place is so cute and the owner Rachel is such a doll. I’d explained to her that my hair had gone thru some major changes lately and also what I hoped to achieve during my appointment. She listened to everything I had said and executed things perfectly. It’s not everyone who can perform both cut and color( both of what I received.) I’m looking forward to coming back here on a regular basis as it’s just so hard to find a good salon in this area.

I can highly recommend Danielle. She did an excellent job with my color; the price was fair; and she is very personable and professional. I had an appointment with her just before Christmas for touch-up and blending of my blonde highlights. I had previously had appointments at other well-rated salons, but I had not been satisfied with the quality of work. I chose Danielle after reading some of her reviews online, and I’m really glad I did. The color is blended much better than before, and it still looks great. I visited my mom (a former hair stylist) for the holidays, and she loved my hair. Thanks, Danielle!
