They are rude, I was sitting waiting where they told me go wait for an eyelash appointment after waiting an hour the lady comes and says we are closing early to attend a party like what!!! So unprofessional and unacceptable they will no longer get my business lesson learned!

All I can say is F rainbow nail. Their (all of them) attitude and professionalism match the way the outside of the shopping center looks. Nasty and trashy! They feel like they are above everyone that walks into their salon with their knockout pocketbooks. (I know I saw them buying knockoff from the pocketbook man out of a trash bag.). They treat you like dirt talk to you any way very disrespectful. Their motto get you in and get you out don’t care the way your nails look if you’re getting a regular set. Little money means nothing to them. And get a attitude because you only want a regular set of nails. then they sit and talk about you in their language. Their business is thriving on the Black people and Black people only. I feel like the black women that go there need to have more standards about their self and find another salon to go to because they don’t care nothing about you. Never allow anyone make you feel less than. Proud block woman. It’s my money. They work for you. You’re paying them.

Only came here because it was the closest to where I was at and in a rush. Experience was horrible I would give a 0. Lack of sanitation and cleanliness. My toe got infected a day after the service. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Moved here in October & with this being the closest nail salon I decided to keep giving them a try but I’ll take a 20min drive before ever choosing what’s closer. The reviews before mine sum up their buisness, very UNPROFESSIONAL, they do what they want how they want & will argue your satisfaction. All responses from “management” in the reviews are if you don’t like it go somewhere else, how professional is that? Won’t ever go back for any hand/foot services, lash techs/ eyebrow techs have been great thus far.
Ladies if you’re looking for a CLEAN, NICE place to relax, this place is not it, I promise!
Tina did my nails with dirty nails & a dirty top on & the man who sits right next to her can’t do nails at all 0/10
