I am still in disbelief in how awful my experience was here. I am now stuck with damaged nails because of them until i figure out another time to govthat i dont have my baby and dont have to work. This was also my first time out treating myself to a baby free visit to the salon since having my 10 month old.
I asked for a manicure with ANC, no tips, just in my natural nails. I’m a mom who works 45-50 hours a week, and I do not have a maid or nanny (lol). My hands are rough right now. Dirty nails, hang nails…rough. the man filed my nails (barely), they aren’t shaped, or even but I didn’t care I was happy to be getting my nails done! Then he starts doing the ANC base. Doesn’t soak my hands, doesn’t clean up my cuticles, or remove the dirt from under my nails. Nothing. So I kindly ask about this and explain the service I’ve received in the past that includes these things, he says “Yes, ANC manicure”. I am thinking ok maybe they do it different now? Then he starts with the color powder. I started to feel very anxious and said I was really uncomfortable with this and pointed out my cuticles, dirty nails, hair stuck to his equipment and the woman that greeted me, states in a firm less than pleasant tone that ANC is nails only. What? Then when I explain I had this before she says if I want a manicure it’s extra. I don’t know where the miscommunication was but I was horrified at the service, the lack of empathy, and the dirty equipment/supplies. I asked him to remove the color from the 3 nails that he had just dipped in powder. I had chunks of the anc flying at me, one piece went in my eye, it’s flying at my face, going in my hair….it was straight out of a sitcom. Only it wasn’t funny.
I will never go back to this place, not even if I was offered free services. Just terrible.

The service was phenomenal. My nail tech Lily did an amazing job. She was gentle and paid attention to my nails. She worked fast but also diligently. Even gave a nice hand massage with lotion and cuticle oil at the end. I would 100% recommended!

Horrible experience. I got a mani/pedi gel. After she cut me, it happens I know, she still spent more time engrossed in her conversations with other employees. During the massage portion of the pedicure she basically just rubbed her hand up in down my shin while she finished her conversation. Did the bare minimal of everything, no care about doing a good job. My nails are ridiculously uneven and slanted. The polish is lumpy and with rolls in it. I would have walked out mid way if I didn’t have a flight to catch for my sons graduation. I was embarrassed by my nails all weekend. They looked worse than a DYI. Two days in they started to peel off.

Absolutely Disappointed! My daughter went there with her friend both teenage girls and they both walked out with HORRIBLE OVER PRICED NAILS! My daughter paid $40 for this! Regular nail polish and no designs or jewels!!!! My daughter said that these people were rude rushed and seem aggravated with them.. Did not even sit them under a dryer did it fix anything that they asked to be fixed! Sickening that a business would take advantage of children. I would give 0 stars if I could !

Had my vet first pedicure here and they did a great job! I also got this amazing manicure. Very time efficient, clean, professional, and friendly! I will be coming back.
