“Kelly” ruined my eyelashes and they have to grow back now. . So much glue. Took my receipt out of my hand when my eyes were closed to get them fixed only after 3 days. Supposedly it should last two weeks. Place is dirty. Turned the light off on me when I requested my money back. I used to go for nails but will never go back. Do NOT go to this place. Please. She didn’t wash her hands after she tried to secretly give me my money back in that dirty room like they eat lunch in. and I should have never let her thought my face again. I was very nice to them for two years but they will turn on you fast. Do. Not. Go. Promise. They only smile in your face.

I absolutely LOVE my nail salon! I never committed to just one place until I found Radiant and Kelly about 3 years ago. Her and her husband are so kind to me (and even my daughters) every time I visit. Kelly’s nail designs are beautiful and I love her attention to detail around my cuticles and clean up underneath my nails. Pedicures are just the same, beautiful and clean! Any of the women in there can do my pedi on any given day. I definitely recommend this salon!

This is a lovely family owned establishment. I love chatting with Kelly and her young daughters who are sometimes in the shop. I am not sure why poor reviews were left. I’ve come many times, usually for the classic pedicure with gel, and brought family and friends who all had good experiences. Some of the staff have a slight language barrier, but nothing a little patience won’t solve. Kelly, her more reserved husband, or Li and Colin can usually resolve any confusion. There is no pressure to get an upgrade, only confirmation of what the customer wants. I love seeing the garden displays Tahn creates, and it is a very clean establishment. Please give Radiant Nail and Spa a try and don’t be scared of the odd rating right now. They’re the best!

Nails look fabulous! Andy did my nails and was so friendly. He was fast but did the job efficiently which is awesome. I recommend coming here if you’re in town!

This is such a great nail salon! Kelly and Andy are fantastic the rest of the team does excellent work. I always have the best time. They are friendly and so nice. I have been going since they opened and have never had a bad experience. Love this place
