Go somewhere else. I got my nails done for my birthday, and within a week they were lifting and coming off. Then I went to have my nails removed and instead of doing a soak off, she decided to pry my nails off with the tip of another nail and ended up ripping half my index finger nail off. To the point where I was bleeding. When I told them I wasn’t paying I was told it ‘wasn’t fair’ and that all they could do was offer me a discount. So I ended up paying $10 (discounted from $12, what a discount, right?) for a painful removal and a bloody, glued down nail. I will let a child do my nails before I go here again.

If you are looking to make an appointment, try to do something earlier in the day, sometimes if it’s later in evening the techs are too burned out. I hate to see this place get bad reviews, mom, grandma, and myself have been coming here for years. I’ve never had a bad set. Staff is always nice. If you worried about COVID-19, they are actively taking many precautions. Here’s my most recent (last saturday) pics are throughout 1 week. My nails grow extremely fast so I take regular progress pics.

This place is ok. Definitely a chop shop but idk they’re nice and all, but don’t go in here expecting to get what you ask for and it’s just very hit or miss I use to walk over here as a kid bc it was close to my house but over the years it’s just gotten worse and worse or I’ve gotten more picky who knows but really just I never feel good about my nails when I leave here knowing I was just jipped out of 75 bucks lol

I enjoy coming here. Every time I call to make an appt quan is very nice and helpful. When I arrive I never have to wait long and I never request anyone specific because they’ve all done a fantastic job on my nails. I think I’m a very friendly individual and am always nice and friendly with them and receive nothing but great experiences in return. I find if I take great care of my service provider they in turn give me great services.
