Lovely, it was my first time, as I was in town and needed my nails to look good for a function that day. Scheduled the appointment last minute.

I went here because my regular nail salon was closed for a wedding . It was a mistake I should of waited another day. I had a bad experience once before here with a nail being crocked and broke off next day but I decided to try again and a different person. WORSE MISTAKE I could of made I wanted a full set of acrylics and a pedicure well they said they could only do my nails since they closed in an hour so they stopped taking people which was weird I understand 15 minutes but not an hour. Anyways so I said okay and continued to get my nails done. The girl rushed them they weren’t the shape of length I wanted I tried to say something but she was so rude about it and literally said they shape I wanted doesn’t look right with my hands which should of never been said it’s my choice not hers. Well I wanted a design and couldn’t even get that only one plain color because once again she kept saying they close soon which soon meant 45 more minutes. Well 2 days later my nails started to lift and after 5 days they all came off. When my first nail came off I stopped him wanting it fixed and they said they would have to charge me 5 dollars for every nail that has came off what a joke! Not to mention I got a really bad infection in my finger from dirty tools. I wouldn’t take my dog to this salon and I mean that. They are very unprofessional. I paid 65 dollars for my nails plus 30 tip and just left. You would of thought when I went back to ask to fix they would of been more than happy to but no they also talk about their customers and laugh at them together. If you can avoid this place please do at all costs. They need shut down!!

I don’t understand the bad reviews. I have gotten pedicures here for a while, and was more than happy. Stopped in to have 2 nails fixed I didn’t like done somewhere else they did a great job. They are always friendly. Prices are more than fair also. Will be back

I got an upgrade to a pedicure and my pedicure took less time than the pedicure of the woman next to me, who did not get any upgrades. My feet barely got to soak in the water.

My nails looked good for a day or two, if you don’t count the fact that they were cut too short. I asked for almond shape and got short oval-I can’t even file them to almond shape because they are too short. And instead of using the top coat for dip nails he used a clear gel which had to be cured in the lamp. Part of the reason for dip instead of gel is to not use the lamp. Within a few days they started chipping and my actual nails started breaking because the tips of the dip disappeared. I had to file my nail down just to meet the dip. I’ve never had to do anything like that before even when I do my own dip manicure.

I’m very disappointed in this experience and do not recommend this place.
