I am not from the area. I am as visiting my mom in the ICU In Davenport, I’m from the St.Louis area. When I went in the first lady was very sweet. I talked to her a but about my mom and I just needed sometime from the hospital and decided to get a pedicure and a full set while other were visiting her. An older woman did my pedicure and full set. She would go back and forth between chastising me to relax and telling me she will make me pretty. No, I’m not joking.
At one point she said “you try to help me I don’t want your help and I don’t want to repeat myself. I don’t like to repeat” seriously?!?!
Then I went to pay and they charged me an extra $7 for some shellac. They never told me it was extra. I started explained I was using a Visa gift card but I would tip with cash. She told me no I could not do that, they wouldn’t take a gift card. Which they can cause like I said it’s a Visa. When I used another card and hit “no tip”, cause I was gonna give cash. She looked at me and said “ you not tipping????”🤦🏽‍♀️ my nails and toes do not look good enough for that headache and it was not the relaxing experience I was hoping for.

I have been going to this salon since I moved to Davenport. I often take my daughters with me & they love it. I can walk in at any time & be taken care of promptly. They always give exactly what I ask for. The owner is my favorite but the other ladies are so nice & do great. I was in today and got a mint green full set coffin shape and as usual it was perfection! They will forever have my business!

the worst experience i’ve had at a nail salon ever.
i’ve been to this particular place multiple times and never had issues, despite all of the negative reviews and even having people i know personally who have had a bad experience. i went in today to get a fill. as soon as i walked in they had me sit down and started drilling my polish off, i didn’t even get a chance to look at colors. they let me select colors off of swatches as the nail tech did this, but she seemed upset that i didn’t pick one instantly. i then showed her a picture of what i wanted and instead of letting me pick colors that matched it she went and picked herself and honestly did a lackluster job. i was asked if i wanted to keep my length and said “i want quite a bit of the length taken off” and she didn’t even file them. i would have asked her to shorten them (again.) because maybe she forgot, however she was very rough and it was not worth it. she’d push on my arms and wrists saying i was moving too much or push them backwards and then yank on my fingers to bring them closer to her the next second. it was extremely uncomfortable and i’ve never had an experience like it anywhere else. to top it all off i got my nails painted different colors, and each hand was painted opposite of each other. she didn’t even ask which hand i wanted a certain way before she just painted them; and then gave me a dirty look when i selected “no tip” at the register.
come to this salon if you enjoy nail techs who think they’re always right, and can’t comprehend that they’re working on living people!

i asked for a blue french tip and she said a silver swipe would be cute so i said go for it but then she did more than just last she added dots on my nails and black things that looked like eyelashes. it was not was i asked for what so ever and def not work 255$ of my money and my sister didn’t get what she asked for she asked for ombré and got purple polish and purple glitter and im not no nail stylist but that’s not ombre at all and 2 sets of nails and 2 pedicures was $255+. ripped off and not worth my time or my money! will never be back here again!!!

This was my first time at this salon and it was great. I went in for a fill and the man who did it was amazing (I didn’t catch his name). He took his time and made sure everything was how I wanted it. I will definitely be coming back in the future.
