Customer Reviews:
I hate leaving a bad review, but if I had read the reviews in advance, I wouldn’t have chanced it. I was needing a last minute appointment and decided to give them a try despite having only a 3.7 star rating. I had both the wife and husband work on my nails and they seemed friendly although quiet and hard to understand. The husband seems to take more care when filing and sculpting. Here’s why I gave 1 star:
1. The wife was very rough on my fingers. She made me bleed when she was pushing my skin apart from the nail glue and didn’t even acknowledge it or apologize.
2. Both filed my nails so much to the point that a couple are uneven and bumpy feeling even after trying to ask them to fix it.
3. They kept spraying what smelt like maybe sanitizer or some other chemical on my fingers and then rubbed it in causing my cut finger and other sore spots to sting.
4. Neither really acknowledged the photo I showed them of the accent nail I wanted and I ended up getting something completely different and I feel like the hearts look like blobs.
5. After doing a couple coats of the main color, I suggested he do another coat because it was obvious that it was thicker in other areas. He instead put a shimmer over it, which I suppose did help hide it a little, but I can still see where the base coat is uneven throughout each nail.
6. Lastly, after doing multiple coats of gel and thinking we were done, he proceeds to file the edges again, attempting to get paint off my uncut cuticles. But then he doesn’t even bother doing another clear coat. You can see where the edges are not glossy like the rest of the nail.
I get that people can have off days and their work just isn’t the greatest, but these were a lot of issues to have in one sitting. I hope the owners take time to read this and work on their techniques.
Very rude and they were doing multiple people at once.
Both Lisa and I am not sure what the mans name was were both very inviting and friendly. Good place to go if you’re not sure what to do in the valley.
Clean and the seats for pedi are massage chairs. 🤘🏼
