I’ve gone to Queens Nails for MANY years until I moved to Keller. I was in Arlington for something and had time to kill before needing to be somewhere so I came in to get my nails done on May 13th. Was charged $60 on a debit card. Gave a $10 dollar tip and was charged a second time for $70 dollars. I called to ask about being charged twice. They advised I call my bank. I did and made a dispute only to be told it was a valid charge. YES $60 was charged at the beginning but you can’t charge the full amount PLUS a tip AGAIN totaling $70. It’s NOT $130 to get your fingers done. It’s just like going to dinner and having your card ran for your meal and leaving a tip. Refund me my money and I will delete this review. If not, it’s here for everyone to see how crooked this company actually is!

So I am a regular customer which is why I’m saddened to say this. I came in Saturday. After waiting for them to open. I was the first and only customer. The lady at the counter said outright that they were booked up with appointments…. strange because I was the very first person to walk in. I came early as well. How could the sign say you all “accept walks” but have absolutely no one available?? It was the day before Mother’s Day and I observed no employees. None that came in while I was waiting either. She literally stated I could possibly come after 12pm. That doesn’t make sense when I was there before the nail salon opened. Why turn away a customer when you could at least had them soak their nails off or prepare them for their pedicure??? This was unexpected poor customer service. Especially to a very loyal customer. I’m just saddened by this experience. 😩

First time coming to get a pedicure, never in my live would I think I would enjoy it and let me tell you! They did a fantastic job, from the scrubbing, cutting my nails, warm water, gentle hands, the massage they gave me and hot towel was great. They wrapped my feet in some gel and hands. Then Gave me a hand massage and neck. I highly recommend it. If you are a man, don’t be scared this is needed for good relaxation specially if you are on your feet alot and are tired. I’m not saying go get paint and stuff I’m saying go get a massage and take care of your body. The hot stone was great Also. Over all it was great. I highly recommend them. Super nice place and people.

Been here several times but this time was horrible. Won’t return due to bad customer service. And of course it’s always a misunderstanding. I will give my money to a business that serves everyone happily 😊

I have been coming to this salon for 20+ years. My mom used to get her nails done years ago when they were in Irving. If there has ever been an issue, they’ve fixed it. They’ve always been friendly and polite. I’m not sure what all the negative reviews are about, but it certainly wasn’t this business. Will continue to come here for the rest of my life!
