I have been going here for over a year and have always bragged about their work and prices and referred many friends. After these last 3 trips I will not be back. The third to last time a man did my nails. They were okay except my pointer finger was completely crooked and then a few other mistakes with the shape, I chalked it up to a bad day, so when I go back for a fill I got the man again, I pointed out the nail was crooked and asked him to fix it and the shape. He took the pointer off and re did it. It ended up still crooked and looked like a bubble on my nail, the others shape got worse. They started to lift a week later so I go in today to have the whole set taken off and redone. I got ombré coffin nails, they are once again different shapes, the ends are slanted the side profile is wavy and there is acrylic all over my fingers and cuticles and I paid 85 dollars for them. I will not be back this time. It’s obviously not a matter of tech or bad day, time for a new salon they have went too far down hill.

They are extremely busy but did an exceptional quality job on my wife’s nails. They alway give us the exactly what we ask for! We will not go to any other salon. Whenever you come here ask for “Kat” she did absolutely amazing on nails and was hyping us up the entire time. She made sure that I loved the nails and checked them multiple times before we left so that she knew that I loved them!!! 10/10 recommend. We will never go anywhere else again. Well done.

The woman who did my nails was so incredibly rude I’m surprised that they are still in business! She rushed through my manicure and barely cut my cuticles at all pictures included when she removed my regular nail polish, not gel, she left a bunch around my nails I pointed it out and she said she could not do any better I told her that I would be glad to do it if she just let me use the nail polish remover, which she did. I successfully got all the nail polish out and she started my daughter’s nails instead when she was finished with her nails she asked me if I wanted her to paint my nails I said do you mean paint my nails without a manicure? She said yes so I said sure I chose a pretty lilac sparkly color. She did not finish solid color and I could still see my nails beneath the Polish so I asked her if she could add another coat, she refused. She said “if you don’t want to pay for your nails don’t pay for your nails” I explained to her that I do want to pay for my nails but I want them done nicely since I’m paying for them. When it was time to leave she charged us $55 for my daughter’s full set with gel polish (which says $45 on the price list) and kept saying “you refuse to pay for your nails , so her nails are $55, right?” I explained over and over if you will please just do my nails the way I want you to do them I’ll be glad to pay you for it ….She embarrassed me and was loud and obnoxious in front of all the other customers who probably did not have the opportunity to hear how nicely I asked her and how many times I asked her to do a better job the quality of the nails is nowhere near as disappointing as the way I was treated within this establishment I asked to have the phone number of someone who could speak to about it and they refuse d

The girls did my nails , I went back 5 days later , my nails were lifting , bubbles, they looked and repaired one.
They got worse, I went back they said they were fine. They were lifting up, I went somewhere else the gentleman shook his head and said, no they need to come off that there was water underneath nails. Wasted time and money!
1 had an appointment ( still waited over 1.5 hour for appointment)
2. Gel came off pedicure within 1 week

Love! Ladies where so nice there reviews should be way higher! Also got my eyebrows done and they look SO much better
