The salon was decorated very beautifully. It was very comfortable.
I was not very impressed with the quality of my nails. I had a full set of nails done with gel. The nails were supposed to be short and round. The shapes and sizes varied.
After three days, some of the nails started peeling back. After a week some of the nails started coming off. This is never happened before with acrylics and gel. I was going on a trip for a week so I could not go back & get them redone. While I was on the trip, I decided to go somewhere else and have that redone. It was a lot of money spent for only a week. Sadly, I will not go back to this salon.

this was easily the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. Went in at 11:00 AM, left at 2:00 PM..don’t come here if you have other plans. Started with a pedicure that the lady told me she couldn’t do so I would have to sit and wait for another person to complete it. Took 20+ mins for this lady to finish up, the original lady badgered me into getting gel polish. Then moved onto my full set manicure. I told the lady as she was starting that I wanted them short, see attached photos. This took easily another more than another half hour for her to put on acrylic. Then I had to go to a third person because I asked for chrome, apparently only one person could do that. Because I had a different place to be I had her put gel on and called it a day. I will not be returning to this salon and I will not be recommending this place to anyone.

First time at the nail salon and the mixed reviews definitely had me worried. I was accepted as a walk-in service for a gel pedicure and a refill on an acrylic set. First and foremost, I could have fell asleep during the massage part of my pedicure. It was very relaxing and included hot stones and hot towel at the end. Zero complaints on the paint job. As for the refill on my nails, let’s just say the salon who I initially went to did a less than desirable job. The nails were not shaped nicely and it was very obvious. I had the pleasure of seeing Mary for the refill and my god is she a miracle worker! She was able to bring the nails back to life so much so that they look like a brand new set! She was an absolute sweetheart and ensured I was satisfied with her work. There is no way I will be seeing anyone else! For reference, the pink nails is Mary’s work and the nude color was the other salon.

Worst experience ever! Do NOT come here. It took 3 hours to get a full set of crooked nails that look like a toddler painted them. Staff was very unprofessional, laughing at and mocking a stutter issue, while repeating the same question because THEY didn’t understand what was being said to them. Design requests should be kept to a stick figure request since it seems like that is all they’re capable of. So they’ll tell you nothing looks good except for their limited capabilities. Expensive for what? No idea how they got those tech licenses. Horrible.

The only reason I didn’t rate it a 1 star is because I’ve never gotten my nails done here, so I can’t speak on the quality of their nails. Today I went to get my eyebrows, lip, and chin waxed. The customer service right off the bat wasn’t that good. Her attitude was kind of nonchalant and not really that friendly. Not only when she greeted me, but when she was doing my wax she was still chewing her food. To the point where I could smell the onions on her as she was waxing me. She rushed through the entire process. She didn’t pluck my eyebrows at all. She could have definitely taken some more hair off. Also, there was still hairs on my chin after the wax. The service was definitely over priced considering that she could have done more with my eyebrows and she didn’t get all the hair off my chin. On top of that she did a sloppy job with getting the wax gel off my face. It was like she did one wipe of my face and she was done. I left there still having a bunch of dry wax on my lips. Definitely not returning!!!!!!
