DONT GO HERE. I went here to get my acrylics taken off and a new set put on, so I made and appointment and came in and then suddenly they didn’t have any time to help me. So I just asked to get my nails taken off. Then suddenly the lady fixed to clip off some of my nail and leave others long then soak them in acitone where she left me for another client. I walked out of the saline still having to pay for a horrible service and my nails being HORRIBLY uneven.

Horrible service and horrible nails. They only care about getting customers through the door they do not care about providing quality service. The acrylic set was too thick and crooked. They got a huge rush of customers so the lady hurried and did not pay any attention to detail. They were not willing to refund for the service and quiet honestly do not care about getting bad reviews. So please take this as a cautionary warning and avoid going here.

A friend of mine recommended this place, but is not an experience I will be repeating. They did a great job on the color but they trimmed the sides of my toenails to the point that they were bleeding (see photo, it’s still healing) and I had a blister from my sandal that they I told them about but they still scrubbed over that was painful. I was uncomfortable in the chair, I wanted to recline but couldn’t with them doing my nail full where I had to just lean all the way left with my arm crossed over me. I also got covered in the dust/powder from the electric dremel.

Update: removing a star. Nick has lost some of his touch. I left bleeding and with a choppy nail job the last couple visits. Will only see Nina going forward.

Prior review: Awesome salon. Selfishly hesitant to write this given they’re already busy – but Nina & Nick are nail magicians. Highly recommend!

There were four customers being serviced for pedicures and 7 technicians working on those four customers as 3 customers were also having manicures done simultaneously.

The technicians were talking and laughing loudly among themselves. I didn’t see any interaction with their customers.

I brought my own polish and it was an okay job, but the sides weren’t painted as close to the edges as they should have been.

I paid for extra massage time and there was NO massage at all. There was only literal rubbing as if she was wiping a window.

The person doing the manicure did a better job with the massage but it was mediocre at very best.

No one came to make sure that my nails/toe nails were dry. No one helped me to pull my pant legs back down. No one offered me flip flops. No one helped me to put my shoes on to help ensure I didn’t mess my nails up. No one even thanked me for coming or said goodbye as I left.

I tipped 30%, because I paused and tipped before starting my services. Needless to say, I feel like I wasted money and will not be returning.
