Best experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon! They were welcoming and friendly. From the moment we walked in they were offering us drinks and seats.During my pedicure, I had THE BEST massage! And I had a inspo picture for my manicure and she did it to perfection! I love them! And my toes:) 10/10 would recommend!

Poorly done manicure, uneven filing, uneven application of gel, uneven application of color and lots of bubbles from the gel. You can see the cuticles as if I hadn’t gone in to get this done today. It honestly looks worse than if I had done them at home. This was a service charged at 70 dollars with tip. I’m going to dispute this because it is a joke. And asking me at the end “do you like?” isn’t an honest and genuine question because I’m going in there to get a manicure, and I’m paying for a highly priced service to begin with. This is so disappointing!

I hate leaving negative reviews but I’ve never been more disappointed in my nails. My nail artist was so sweet but she did not do what I asked. She asked if I like rounded square or “square square” and I told her square square. They’re definitely rounded and not a defined square. She also made them waaaay too narrow and even pointed it out to me while she was finishing up, before I even noticed. The color is absolutely perfect, but I spent $70 on my nails for the shape to look horrible and to have 4 of my nails bloody and injured. I ended up asking for a file so I can file them down myself once I get back to my hotel. I feel like that might help them not look so narrow. Overall, I do not recommend this salon.

Came in about 3 weeks ago for an acrylic set and they are still holding on great! I called ahead but was able to go right to the salon and was served immediately. My nail tech was an absolute sweetheart. I don’t usually get my nails done, and everyone made me feel so comfortable!

I initially chose this place because of the overwhelmingly good reviews and I specifically saw a review about the gel Manicures being very durable and withstanding outdoor activities. I went in on 8/23 and noticed a day after the nails were already chipping from simple daily routines, I didn’t even go to work during those days. $40 on nails that chip after a day while I could’ve gotten acrylics that can last up to 3-4 weeks for $10-15 dollars more. The 5% discount for students at the U is pretty neat. I just wished these nails lasted at least a week.
