Update: the owner reached out and gave me a refund. They stated that I had to delete my review in order to get a refund for the poor job they had done, I stated I would edit my review and add that they had refunded me but I would not remove my review because it was 100% factual, they continued to insist that the review was deleted before I left the business. I stated again I will edit it after and left, after leaving I have been receiving screenshots that my review is still there, and phone calls about deleting it. Poor customer recovery in solely caring about a review versus customer experience. They did not care if I came back as a customer, they just didn’t want other future customers to see my review. Once again, I do not recommend anyone do business with this company.

They had me wait 2 1/2 hours, took people who came in after me before me, had me sit with my hands in acetone for over an hour so my nails are like paper now, and how long did my nails last? 1 hour before chipping. And it wasn’t just regular polish, they charged me $65 for dip nails for them ALL to chip within an hour! Sloppy work, and disrespectful employees (and owners). I made an Appointment to come back to get them fixed the next day and they said they were too busy come back tomorrow, when I told them I can’t leave my nails like this for work they said oh well we’re busy come back tomorrow. When I requested a refund, they loudly started talking to everyone else about me and said they couldn’t give me my money back and to come back tomorrow to get them fixed. I don’t want to come back to this establishment ever, I just want my money back for the poor job they did and charged me way too much for. Insult to injury was that I didn’t even get the nails I asked for because they said they couldn’t do it (I’ve been here before and they did them), so I got nails that I didn’t ask for that only lasted 1 hour. BUYER BEWARE go somewhere else.

I made a reservation but waited for about 30 minutes. 🥲 Maybe it’s because the next day is homecoming, so many customers came to get their nails done.
This place is clean and prepared drinks.
The person who did my nails was Anna. Anna did a great job with my nails, and all the tiredness from waiting disappeared!😁 She smiled and told me fun stories while getting my nails done❣️ It was really nice. Nail quality is really good, too. 💅 I got matte nails and I’m very satisfied. If I get my nails done next time, I will definitely do it again to Anna here🙂

The first picture was the design I wanted, and I asked if it was possible, but they said they could do it, so I trusted it and got the service.

The second photo was the result of the service, but I was disappointed because it was different from what I wanted.

THEY SLAYYYYYYED Riley gave me the most perfect french nails. This was my first time going to a salon and getting dip powder nails in a while. Staff was sweet and was nice to let me and my friend sit next to each other as walk ins. SO GOOD! Will def come back and make an appointment with Riley again.

I have had pedicure and dip done here. The employees were great! Very good work and very friendly. The owner (the one sits in front and greet you) is a piece of work and treat people differently if you don’t belong to certain demographic groups. Believe the other comments.
