Waste of time. Very unprofessional, I called and they told me 35€ for the nails I wanted (simple chrome no design) she even repeated what I said so she understood very well. I waited 30 minutes instead 10 like they said in the call.
All for nothing as when I said the nails I wanted, they changed the price for 45€, first with the excuse to “remove my nails” when I had nothing (I took them off 2 days ago in a salon) when I said that the other excuse turned to “didn’t understand the word “chrome”, even when she repeated that on the phone!)

This is also they could warn me instead of making me wait more than they said, no consideration at all for customer’s time.

The employees don’t speak any German nor English. They don’t properly disinfect/clean the tools, and even share them amongst customers getting a pedicure. Absolutely horrific. I will never return.

Worst!!!!! They say ok to the design but then they dont have the tools and the result is unclean and slopy. Then I ask for 1 color and they charge me as the design and force me to pay. I was bleeding because my cuticules were cut and she kept touching it and hurting me. They did not listen! Higene was the worst. Stay away
