Just came from this nail salon 0/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Workers were rude and couldn’t even do a simple French tip set. I paid $100 and this is what they left me with. Every time I spoke up and said I didn’t like something or to fix it… I was called picky or they would talk amongst each other and be talking about me right in front of them. The lady that did my nails would tell her coworkers she picky, she unhappy, I don’t want to do. At a point she was ready to cut them all off after me sitting there for 2hrs with her over some French tips! & part of that is because she’s answering her phone, text messaging all while doing my set. SO UNPROFESSIONAL. This was suppose to be my birthday set and it’s not what I wanted. I even told her I haven’t done my nails in 2-3 years & she even proceeded to later on tell me while we was disagreeing “you come here all the time and you so picky, you act like you know how do you should do” I simply said I’ve never been here before and I don’t know how to do but what I do know is what I like as a paying customer.. and she still proceeded to be RUDE. MORAL OF THIS STORY , DO NOT GO HERE. Lady who did me had a lazy eye and short hair. Also had a mini heart tattoo on hand. Seriously THE WORST. Unfinished French tip nail set & my toes are all messed up. If you can’t do a simple French tip you should not be working as a nail tech, find a different occupation.
Flaws:
1st picture: chipped big toe
1st picture: 4th toe is not a straight line
2nd picture: has paint on toes
2nd picture: black thing on my second toe on French tip part
3rd picture: shows unfinished set and wrong shape
4th picture: other hand (ring finger) has a black dot on top
I RATE 0/5 STARTS i only put the 1 cause it would let me post this review.

I was out shopping and stopped by queen nails. They were nice and friendly so that is why there is a two star. But one of the worst pedicures I’ve ever had. It was really rushed and I think because of that turned out the way it did. I paid $50 plus I gave a tip because we made good conversation
. When it was done I looked at the polish and it was not even on the bottoms and looked crooked. Then the worst part he used a cheese grader to shave my feet and at the time I felt a lot of pressure and it kind of hurt. But didn’t think much of it. Later that day I felt things on my foot and I looked at the bottom of my feet and I had cuts! I know it is from the pedicure because they’re all over the bottom of it! I hope it doesn’t get infected cause he washed my feet in that same water. I would not go back.

My nail tech that did my pedicure used tools that were stored out of a coffee mug, a foot scraper and pumice stone that she threw back into her bucket. After my pedicure it was not apparent how she cleaned and sterilized the tools. I am used to seeing tools come out of an autoclave sterilization pouch, which is a great assurance. I was uneasy about the pedicure but was desperate to get it done. The pedicure was okay. I have had other nail techs clean, trim and file more neatly. My polish was not smooth.
The cleanliness of the tools seemed very questionable and because of this, I would not recommend this place. The atmosphere was loud, with nail techs loudly talking to each other and three TV’s playing different things. The salon is very cluttered and grimy.
I had an acrylic fill in done by a different nail tech and she was thorough and excellent. She was very meticulous in how she did my fill in. She only used the drill and files for my manicure so I was not as concerned about dirty tools.

I had a good experience today. They took their time on both my pedicure and my new full set. This was my second time going to them and I haven’t been disappointed yet. Thank you for your amazing service! 💕

My husband and two girls went here randomly. It was clean and overall we had a good experience. Flash forward to 3-4 weeks later , three of my daughters toe nails have fallen off. Her big toe, the one next to it, and her pinky toe nail. She’s 5. My 7 year old lost her big toe nail. I wouldn’t recommend going here. It was their first visit for pedicures and I doubt they will ever wanna go again.
