I went in Thursday morning and got a full set and pedicure. The paint job was bad and the guy had an attitude when I asked him to fix my polish. I had to leave so I can back on my next day off which was Saturday to see if I could get the polish fixed then. First off he asked me what I did to my nails and I told him nothing that HE messed them up. He then told me it was because of the color I picked and I needed to pick a different one. I picked another one and sat down. He took all the polish off and started painting my nails and as soon as he painted the first one I already knew he was going to mess them up again. I pointed out the messed up polish and he sighed and looked at it. As my hands were drying he walked off and went to the back. After the timer went off I got up and waited for him to come back. He walked up and told me “you can go “ as he is shooing me away with his hands. I stop him and say there are still stuff wrong with my nails he sighed again, filed the side of one nail and I just left. I will NEVER go back to this salon again. The sad part is I have been going to them off and on for the last 4 years and I have never been treated like that. The pictures below are after he “fixed” my nails. I’m not going to even try to go back

I paid $15 to take my acrylic nails off and acetone was not used. I had a cuticle nail pusher and nail clipper used to remove my nails, roughly and painfully.
I told my nail tech about the pain and the roughness, as well as acetone not being used. She was nonchalant and didn’t care.
I’m most definitely not ever coming back!
