Most terrible experience ever went in there to get my toes and full set of nails .. started with my nails and he was cutting me all up and I was bleeding and he was getting mad I was bleeding .. I told him I wanted French tip and he goes “ur nail too short” I said which is why I’m getting acrylic .. and he proceeded to tell me that’s not what I asked for on the phone.. so I got up after he said he wasn’t doing my full set .. the girl came over n said do you still want ur feet done I said no .. she said well u still have to pay for what he did .. and I said for what to be cut up and bleeding you will NOT GET A CENT FROM ME will never be back save ur money to not go there nasty attitude yuck.

Took two hours for a fill and they are very thick and chunky and ugly , I went to get them off and redone over my real nail , she convinced me to fill instead ,,,, charged me for one nail tip 5$ and two fingers had a snowflake another 10$ then 10 for white tip polish , costed me 80.50 wowww I don’t think I’ll ever be back ,

Very sweet staff as well as talented. This is not my usual spot but they were able to squeeze me in the day before and I’m so grateful!
The technician took her time and offered unique ideas for designs, I also heard great things about their pedicures. Cleanliness 👍 and nice atmosphere.

I cant understand the negative reviews unless they are confusing this location with another salon. Location is immaculate – very clean. Phoebe is a gem and has a great staff. They give about the best pedicure I’ve ever had and other services are just as I expect. I’ve received some nice designs on my nails and I find their prices in line with market. Not sure how there is confusion on prices as they are very upfront and prices are posted online and in store. If you’re not sure ask in advance so you are clear. I just relocated from Ontario where I went to a similar shop for over 17 years and I am happy with Queens Nails as my new go to nail place.
