I was so upset with my experience here. It was so rushed and not what I was expecting. My polish on my toes chipped big time the first week of getting them done. My nails, after the cutting and filing I knew I didn’t like the length and kindly asked to to start over(too short for me), I said I will pay the extra money to just start over and I was told no. I shouldn’t have let him finish them knowing I wasn’t happy with them but I did.. I’ll add pictures of my inspo picture I showed them and what mine were the day I got them and then 3 weeks after. Within three weeks 3 nails came off! I stay home and don’t do anything hard or crazy with my nails so there is no reason they should have come off.

I asked for a gel pedicure and was given regular polish. My French tips were uneven as well. The whole service was rushed. Do not recommend.

I was shopping in the outlet and wanted to get a pedicure. First of all, they don’t speak English, not even basic English so they can understand the service you request. 2nd, I wanted a basic red color that matched my manicure, they kept showing me pinks, then eventually told me they don’t have red polish. I mean how is this possible that they don’t have one of the most basic colors? And the most important thing, the place looked really dirty, I don’t think the instruments are sterile and I am happy that I didn’t stay for the pedicure, because I could have ended up with some infection. In my country the hygiene standards for nail salons are really high, but I didn’t expect them to be this low for a US nail salon. Very disappointing!

The service and customer service were great! The staff is friendly. They took their time and made sure that I was satisfied with their services. My daughters are in love with their acrylic nails. We will definitely go back again.
