Extremely disappointed!
I’ve been there twice for acrylics ($73 ea. time for 1) getting them put on and then 2) touched up). I just got them done last Tuesday and one nail just popped off on Sunday. When i went in today to see if they could redo it the service was terrible and then they charged me $7 to fix it…the nail that THEY did poorly.😡

On top of that the tech who did the nail wasn’t good. She literally swatted at my wrist to get my attention (she wanted to see my other hand) instead of just speaking to me or tapping me, she chopped at my nail with an emery board to check to see if the acrylic had dried, she asked me right when she was starting painting if my nail was supposed to be coffin shape and when she was done she told me to dry and she just got up and left and didn’t come back. It was like I was inconveniencing them for getting a nail fixed. Another tech told me that i was done, i could get up and that the service was charged and not them fixing their mistake.

This place is amazing. Another nail salon couldn’t fit me in and I stopped by thus one. Suoer clean shop, super nice people, well staffed. Nails came out amazing. My guy Peter even did a 5 min neck massage at the end of the session as well as a lotion warm towel hand message. Yeah, take my money!

I have went to get dip powder for my nails about 4 days ago one of my nails is peeling already and the rest of my nails are all cracked and it’s very painful. They are a clean place but their products and their customer service is very bad. I showed Cindy a design on my phone and she said that it will be in gel manicure instead of dip powder and I asked her if it was gonna be the same color she said yes but it wasn’t. Very expensive for nothing worst experience ever.

Used to be a great nail salon. Loved them. Then they started rushing and never consistent in price. Same service flexed $10 whenever you went in.

I started going elsewhere. Last week I couldn’t make that appt and against my better judgement went to Queen Bee for acrylic fill and gel nail polish. Rushed as usual and the pix posted are LESS THAN A WEEK old. They don’t honor a fix unless it’s a day later. Now when I go to my regular place I have to pay to have this awful job fixed. That nail salon is 8 miles from me and worth it compared to Queen Bee. Never again

Me and my sister went to queens bee last week, their service was okay. We got gel manicure and pedicure we were charged $15 extra for getting gel color which is ridiculous. We still paid!! Couple days later our nails cracked, got dirty and the color started changing before it even hits a week. When I called to explain the situation, all she had to offer is either add another coat on top or give 20% off of the original gel manicure service. Which doesn’t make sense because I already paid, and I ended up not getting what I paid for. Never going back again, would not recommend!!!
