They were very impersonal. They never told me their name or asked me what mine was. I went for a pedicure and my nails were cut differently, some were pointy and others were straight. Also, the polish wasn’t even. It’s a shame because someone referred me to them so it seems like maybe I just got one of the less experienced technicians.

My normal girl is on maternity leave so I stopped in here since it was close to my house. MISTAKE !!! Worst pedicure, did not shape my nails and barely scrubbed my feet. Then at check out asked me how much to add for tip and I said $3.00 given the bad job she did, and when I got in the car and looked at my receipt she had given herself a $5.00 tip. I will never go back.

Love this place – I go every 3 weeks for a pedicure. The girls are so professional and truly I would not go anywhere else. If you tend to have ingrown toenails they will treat them without any pain at all.
