I had a regular pedicure and it was a great experience. My nail technician did not rush doing my nails, and she did a fantastic job. The space is well lit and designed, the chairs are super comfortable. I added a 15-min massage after the pedicure and I was in cloud nine. I recommend this QQ location.

Came in on Saturday and everyone there was so welcoming and accommodating. Susanna worked on my nails and was so engaging and fun to talk with. The nails also turned out beautifully, despite it being so quick!

I love QQ Nails as a franchise, but this was one of the most unpleasant experiences in a nail salon I’ve ever had.

Had a 7pm appointment for a Monday evening for a Japanese Gel Manicure. Came around 6:30-6:40pm, thinking if they have availability they would take me (or I could just sit until my appointment time). My appointment didn’t get started until after 7:30pm. I had Japanese gel on my nails from another QQ location. The owner started scraping the paint off of my nails instead of drilling it, which was incredibly uncomfortable. While I was waiting, the owner also tried giving me a back massage which I decline. He wound up hurting my back where I was in pain for 24+ hours after.

When I finally got my nails done, the quality of the work was very poor. The polish was lumpy. Where manicures from other locations can last me a month, after 5 days my nails started chipping. For a $65 manicure, I’d like it to last longer than if I did them.

I was one of the last customers of the evening, and overheard the employees complaining about the amount of tip that customers have been leaving. Which I get it, you should be getting paid a wage where you shouldn’t rely on a tip to make a living wage. But at least wait until all the customers leave.

I’ve been coming here for a few years now and it’s my favorite place to come to get my nails done! Very nice staff, and a lot of selections of colors! Recently tried a new color and honestly it looks amazing!

I’ve gotten two powder manicures here in the last two months or so. My first experience, one of my nails broke two weeks in, when usually powder lasts on my nails for a month. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back for another powder manicure. This time, two of my nails chipped in a week.

If I spend over 70 dollars on a powder manicure ($57+tip) I expect them to last at least 3 weeks. So I went back to have them redo the two nails that chipped.

They did it free of charge, but the woman doing my nails (who I’m sure is who I had last time) continually assured me it was because of the weakness of my nails. But my nails were not broken, just the powder. I also found that very odd, because last time she did my nails, she told me how strong they were. I’ve been getting my nails done for like 8 years now, I know when my nail breaks compared to a poor quality powder chipping on my nails.

I overheard her complaining about it to the man running the front desk while I was waiting for my two nails to dry. Honestly, it was a quick fix, I shouldn’t have been made to feel like it was my fault I needed them fixed in the first place. I’ve had better powder manicures elsewhere.
