First time coming here and I will be back! I think it’s just such a nice touch that they offer a free beverage. They’re clearly customer service focused. Had little phone stands they offered me so I could watch my show, haha. Had a nice, peaceful experience and it was affordable! As for my nails, I probably should have asked for one more coat, but that’s my fault because she even double checked if I wanted a sheer color 😅 but I’m still happy with them

I am thoroughly surprised and happy. I am exceptionally picky and the last two pedicures i got were mediocre, this place has 5 stars for a reason. They are kind first of all, welcoming and hospitable. I felt pampered i came here for my birthday pedicure and i’m so happy with the end result. I would recommend coming here, also i came here around 2pm so it was not busy, this was very nice. Thank you Maggie, you did an amazing job , I can recommend her for beautiful french tip pedicures and thank you to the two lovely ladies at the front.

I had the best experience here. One of my customers came in my store and recommended this nail salon. Hands down One of the top-tier nail places in Los Angeles. I live down downtown LA where most nail shops have very poor customer service.

The customer service here and the respect is top tier. I didn’t worry about feeling like I was being talked about in another language.

I also was handed a menu that included free champagne with my deluxe pedicure!

Everybody was super nice kind and respectful. It’s my place moving forward. Thank you Q, Holly, Megan and Arial.

Excellent service here! My nail artist did a great job — she was really gentle and patient. Overall, the shop offers complimentary drinks, like Vietnamese coffee and boba. All the women are welcoming, and it’s a peaceful environment to relax. I would 100% recommend, especially because prices aren’t exorbitant.

I loved my pedicure so much that I came back the next day to get a Gel X manicure. They even fixed my toe polish after I accidentally stubbed it in an Uber. My nail tech did a stellar job with my nails — even when I couldn’t decide, she offered a lot of insight into what colors and styles would look good. I’m absolutely in love with this icy chrome look, which was what she ultimately recommended. I’ll definitely make it a point to come back here when I’m in LA again.

Everybody was so kind and patient here! Candy was amazing. Loved the service. They were very accommodating when something bothered me or I wanted something changed. And one of my fingers requires a lot of extra attention because I had surgery on it and they made it work perfectly, 10/10!!!
The foot massage was absolutely phenomenal too- best foot massage I’ve ever had. Cured my depression 🤣
