This is the place to come to if you want to have the best manicure of your life! I’ve come here twice over the course of a year and both times had a beautiful manicure by Kayla and Cindy. I like the they don’t overfile my nails. I also had a really nice pedicure that was super relaxing. However, I think it would be better if they had a policy of making everyone wash their hands before they start to work on them. I got dip powder for both manicures and didn’t get a chance to wash my hands either time, and I figure if I didn’t, then everyone else who got it probably didn’t either. Although I loved the work I got, I feel like going back would be too risky knowing that people aren’t washing their hands.

I usually never do reviews but I was so impressed! I have been getting acrylics for about 5 years now and I think this is the best they have ever looked. Jimmy was so meticulous in the shaping, as I like a fairly tapered coffin, and helped me get as close to my inspiration picture as possible! Definitely my new nail home! Also attaching inspiration picture and mine!

I will start by saying QQ is the most beautiful salon, aesthetically, in West Knoxville. Unfortunately, the high notes stop there. The first two pics are from my most recent dip manicure done by Ivy. While at first glance the manicure looks perfectly fine, she did a horrendous job shaping and filing. Instead of ensuring a uniform, clean shape, she left rough, sharp corners that have grown into the skin as my nails grew. I’ve had ingrown, infected nails on 6 out of 10 fingers. I had a similar experience with Lena in the past. The third pic is of my wedding dip manicure on natural nails, done in December, by Daniel. The only manicure that I had absolutely no trouble or complaints on. I worry this was only done so well because he was told multiple times this mani was for my wedding.
My sweet husband got me a $100 gift card and this last manicure took over half the balance. Due to this terrible job by Ivy, I’m having to delay getting another manicure while my fingers heal. I’m even completely hesitant to return and use the remaining gift card balance unless my next mani is done by Daniel. Use caution when coming here, request only their top, most experienced techs. My fingers have been so tender and sore and ugly since early February 😐☹️ I am worried this will lead to a doctors visit due to the numerous infections. Techs need a lot more training.

i brought my mom here for the first time and she has never gotten her feet professionally cleaned or painted, i didn’t think anything could have gone wrong until she was texting me in her chair saying she wanted to cry, i was so upset to hear this and felt so sad the whole time i was getting my manicure, and i came here to relax. just look at my mothers feet. for $90. ridiculous

Had a great first experience on my birthday. Was a walk in but was seen after a 15 min wait. Jimmy was my nail tech and he took such good care of my nails and shaped them perfectly. I originally was going to do white but I think there was an issue with the polish I chose so we did a different color. I already scheduled my second appointment. Can’t wait to be back 🙂
