I’m very picky on getting my nails done in general because I’ve had so many bad experiences in the past that coming to QPI was such a relief! I’ve been here twice in the past and I’ve had gel nails done both times and I have to say, they last pretty damn long. I was use to the gel chipping after a week but my sets with QPI lasted closer to four weeks and even I was surprised!! I went for a dip this time and I have to say I absolutely love it! The customer service is good and the staff were so kind! The woman who did my dip was fast AND efficient! I recommend this place for sure!

when i wanted nails for prom my mom recommended qpi nails, i now refuse to go anywhere else. laci has been doing my nails for months now, i trust her completely to do my nails for big occasions. she is very attentive to detail and i always am extremely happy with my results. all of the staff at qpi is very welcoming and everytime i come in the store is always very cleanly. this is by far the best nail salon i have ever been to.

I found QPI Nails years back when I happened to be in the area. I live in downtown Salt Lake City, so it’s quite a ways from home. (30ish minutes) Leon did my gel manicure and I was hooked. Then, during the pandemic, I stopped going. It’s now 2024 and I finally found myself traveling all the way back there because I can’t a good place near me! I showed Leon the ombre nails I wanted and he worked really hard to make me happy. He wasn’t going to finish them until he was satisfied too! I’m obsessed with them! And my toes are darling for summer!

I have gone here for years but the last year their quality and customer service have gone downhill. They have a sign on the that says walk-ins welcome. Don’t believe it. 3 times in the last year i have gone in but they “can’t get me in” Take the darn sign down if you won’t help walk-ins. And last year my daughter and her 2 daughters went in for pedicures for her wedding.. they charged her over $350.00 for 3 basic pedicures!!! And then refused to give her a receipt.
I’m done trying support them. There are plenty of other quality salons to go to

I used to really like coming here for my nails, but after this last time I wont be returning. I paid $120 for a pedicure and manicure that both ended up looking terrible and grown out.
My “manicure” was ridiculous; it consisted of her sticking my nails in a water bowl for about 2 minutes, then immediately clipping and painting. No actual nail prep was done, no cuticle trim, nothing. When I asked her to change the shape to the one I had asked for and to even out a rough edge, she told me “Shh. I know nails”. They came out uneven, different shapes on different fingers and weren’t even straight! Horrible experience for a ridiculous price.
